Pivotree (Previously Thinkwrap)

When digital transformation management firm Pivotree was looking to completely renovate its new space in Kanata, Ontario, we won a bid to help plan their office. All in, we delivered 98 workstations, 4 collaboration spaces, 11 offices, a café, 6 meeting rooms, and furniture to match their new construction, flooring, paint, and lighting.

Our designer picked bright, bold colours and patterns that reflected the company’s brand and history. After the install, we continued working with them, providing add-ons and managing changes as their needs evolved. These included turning fixed-height workstations into height-adjustable spaces and creating a touchdown area where teams could converge with their laptops.

Thanks to Allsteel’s adaptable Further products, the design could be endlessly modified to meet Pivotree’s future plans. The space also benefited from Humanscale’s wonderfully ergonomic World Chairs and BRC’s expansive training tables.
